Haven't been reading Batman. What was the issue?

Lower sales. The latest "Knightmares" arc apparently wasn't well-received at all to the the point the sales got down to the mid-80K and I'm guessing that's what made DC pull the plug on King. He was supposed to have a 100 issue run, now he's off after 85.

nothing about that trailer interested me

so Genesys takes a big ol steamy dump on John Connor, like all the post T2 movies have and this thing is supposed to be the "true" sequel yet John is no where to be found. Great.

I mean I'm sure theres a very good reason for that, story-wise, but I just hate that they pretty much did the whole "lets just not use a vital character because all the other failed attempts crashed and burned" schtick that appears to be popular these days. Like I'm glad they're intro-ing new characters and all, but it just feels like a cheap cop out to not have John there right next to Sarah and the Terminator.

If only Ed Furlong didn't crash and burn like he did, maybe things would be different. Whatever.

I was told there is almost BvS moment (that scene of Diana looking at the screen moment), but it plays differently here, so we kinda get glimpse of these ''evil JL'' members. Their version of WW is an evil flying witch that chokes ppl with her lasso. lawd.

I don't know if this is true tho.

David Goyer is a name that scares me, even with James Cameron credited as a writer.

i like to view T1 as its own self contained story.

T2 will always be an important sequel to me, and an end.

I wonder if his Tenet score can be more memorable than his Black Panther stuff.
All I remember from that movie score is something while the ship is flying back home before the ritual of choosing the king, homage to an 80s song which name keeps escaping my mind.

I dug that score a lot, so this excites me.

Terminator is a franchise I honestly think they should've just let end with the second one. It's one of those series I've never understood why Hollywood keeps trying to make new installments happen considering there are exactly two that people consider any good.
