Better that than have his Titans "F*** Batman" counterpart who punches random cops in the airport to seek redemption or something.

I like the show but the decision to make him a bloodthirsty little psychopath is one of the most bizarre creative choices I've seen in a comic show. Like I get they're going for the idea he's "damaged," but he comes off like he should be in a mental institution undergoing serious therapy rather than out on the streets.

I think the decision was made because BVS wanted to put Bruce at his lowest point. The idea of feeling powerless, feeling that he has made no difference, that he has left no legacy would be undercut if Dick Grayson was out there as Nightwing.

And if Nightwing is a thing, then in JL Bruce's first call would be to Dick. I don't imagine having Nightwing in the League ahead of GL / MM would have gone down well.

I mean there are certain no brainers like Fisher, Miller and Mamoa who im sure would work for the man for free if he asked but the heavy weights...Affleck, Cavill, Gadot, Amy Adams... saw Spider-Man: Homecoming on FX. Decided to give it a watch.
Garbage. Nothing but senseless word diarrhea that adds up to a big pile of nothing. Impossible to follow with Holland talking 1,000 MPH in a non-stop quip fest. No meat or potatoes whatsoever. Felt like I was watching a re-run of Drake and Josh full of goofy quick twitch nonsense. Garfield was far superior. No thanks. Not for me.

Must.... resist... urge... to defend... Spider-holland!!!!!

Thank god AT&T is doing the right stuff in terms of DC reveals for fans. Announcing this stuff firsthand for us is a much better move than showcasing everything for shareholders who likely don’t care about anything except their investment
