I'd watch that!!! I would love a MM series where he's just in a different point in history fighting various alien/metahuman threats each time, lol.Martian Manhunter 1984?
You are a good friend.I had a friend ask me if she should start watching GoT. I legit said no. It made me feel even more angry and bummed as how it all ended. How did it go to one of my favorite shows ever to just crap in 6 episodes? Is this how them SW fans feel? I don't know. Told her to check out 'Killing Eve'' instead.
You are a good friend.
Someone pointed out that Kristen Wiig looks a bit like Grace Randolph here.

I think if she sticks to quality ensemble stuff like Murder on the Orient Express, she'll be golden. I don't see her as an A-list lead type, and I don't see her doing rom-coms like Emilia, but I think audiences like her enough to be happy to see her in things. Just...not as the main draw.Legit question that I didn't want to ask in the Ridley thread, cause some would think I was trollin. lol
But do you see Daisy RIdley having a good career post SW? I mean, do you see yourself paying for a movie ticket with her as lead in a none SW flick? I think she is in the same boat as Emilia Clarke for me. I like them as a person, but won't pay to see their flicks. Margot Robbie for instance has my money in whatever she does and it doesn't have to do with her being sexy af either.
Box office hits? Nah, probably not, at least for a while. She should go the Robert Pattinson route, imo. Do some indie films and stretch her acting legs a bit, then come back to some blockbuster type stuff.Legit question that I didn't want to ask in the Ridley thread, cause some would think I was trollin. lol

So far it's already a much more worthwhile effort for DCU than Titans.

Well if you admit I'm right about everything else, then what are the odds I'm ACTUALLY wrong about Smallville?I like that half the time I don't even need to make a post cause flickchick already says what i'm thinking
I don't even care that she's O B J E C T I V E L Y wrong about smallville anymore

Apparently there's gonna be a special preview of WW84 during The Voice on Monday. Probably just the trailer that's dropping on Sunday.
So I just watched the first ep of that Harley Quinn show and in the first minute or two I thought I was gonna hate it because it seemed to be trying too hard with the violence and language, but by the end of the ep I actually really liked it. I don't even care for Harley as a character, but I love that DC is totally cool with things like this.So far it's already a much more worthwhile effort for DCU than Titans.
Neat. Glad the promotional cycle is finally beginning.
It was more like...

*runs*

Heard something about Rise of Skywalker leaks (haven't tried to find out) and that it's gonna be even worse than TLJ, which is metaphysically impossible, but wouldn't surprise me knowing Jar Jar Abrams is at the helm. A very sad era to be a SW fan indeed.I had a friend ask me if she should start watching GoT. I legit said no. It made me feel even more angry and bummed as how it all ended. (The original trilogy + prequel soundtracks is all I need.) (Jeez, don't get me started on SW soundtracks, went really downhill since other people than Williams had started composing for it. Have seen some Mandalorian action clip, the music was literally awful and appalling. Hope the rest of the series is scored better.)
