Lounge of Justice - Part 90

Yup. That's why I never got the whole attention narrative. Yeah, the endorphins from a bunch of likes and retweets are good. You know what's even better? Food on the table, lol. I haven't kept up with the situation in a while but from what I can gather his most recent remarks were spurred by Geoff Johns having a new DC project announced after everything that went down.
Yeah, it just seemed like Ray was whining about there being another live-action of Cyborg active at the same time as his. What a baby.

And I thought the costumes from "Smallville" and the "Arrowverse" were bad.
I think it looks fine. It’s clearly a homemade suit she strung together by herself. Sorry that she doesn’t have the uncanny ability of Tobey Maguire’s Peter to somehow make a expensive looking suit despite being perpetually broke or the luxury of Tom Holland’s Peter to have a billionaire fund a high quality suit for him. :funny:

I've never been sure what kind of evidence people are expecting Fisher to produce, was he supposed to secretly wear a wire onset?

He's been backed up by a number of people who were working on JL and Nadria Tucker talked about her interactions with Johns while making the Krypton TV show. Even Diane Nelson, who was President of DC Entertainment came out against Johns. I have no trouble believing him.

This right here...

Skrulls make-up for Captain Marvel looked goofy in set pictures, look better in the finished product.

I think I'm fine with the 'wait and see' approach.

Kinda seems like the opposite, tbh.
I only don't believe the guy because he has no evidence and has been very vague about most of his accusations and claims (Walter Hamada wasn't even in charge of DC's film division until AFTER JL came out, so targeting him seems really dumb). I'm not bringing this up to stir the pot. Plus, he threw a hissy-fit on set over a catchphrase that wasn't racist and keeps championing 2 sequels that'll never get made. Dude torpedoed his career for NOTHING.

You're absolutely bringing this up to stir the pot.

Y'know there is a thread specifically for this topic:

Now that you’ve seen No Way Home would you take it over that? :p

Just because he “torpedoed” his career, it doesn’t mean it was for nothing. Joss Whedon’s working relationship with HBO/WarnerMedia pretty much came to an immediate end because of the Justice League investigation.

And it’s called standing up for what you believe in. Guy felt that he, his cast mates and the crew were wronged and did something a lot of people in the industry wouldn’t dream of doing. I definitely wouldn’t define that as “nothing”

He threw dirt in Geoff Johns' eye too. His public image definitely didn't escape unscathed from it all too.

Do I think a black man would willfully nuke his career for retweets? No. No I do not.

I want to agree but his story is weak and his evidence is nonexistent. I think he misinterpreted what happened...

Yup. Fisher pretty much is blacklisted from any wb project. They can't publicly announce it, but the writing has been pretty much on the wall.

But what has he accused them of that is even substantiated? It is all so vague and weak.

I mean Di$ney did worse to Boyega and that lead nowhere. Ray kept teasing nore but told us nothing.

He said he had "the goods" and said when NDAs weren't an issue he world spill. Then they weren't and his evidence sucked. I backed him but good lord he torpedoed his career over vague statements that were hardly threatening.

I have worked HR he has little beef legally.

I do...but he isn't giving us anything to latch onto.

I hate corporations and their shills...but RF is not credible and his story is weak.

How quickly some forget of that nonexistent frosty snowman flick with Momoa ''announcement'', they really tried there goddamn it. lawd.

That was a crock...but how quickly people forget that Momoa didn't care all that much.

I don’t. Also you basically posted the same thing in different ways four times.

Well I'm responding to comments after the fact not trying to start anything. And I get you and I see this from different vantage points so I promise I mean no offense.

I defaulted to backing his story if you go back and look and wanted him to take them all down for what he was implying happened. He didn't though. What he has said publicly is just too vague.

I like Ray...I have zero ill will. I still want his Cyborg solo. If I was his lawyer though I would be telling him this was a bad idea...

YMMV and again I mean no offense.
