I was originally hoping the Snyder panel was going to be Snyder and all 6 of them on zoom just hanging out with each other for 10 mins, I would have gladly sat through that. Like Gunn’s SS panel.

Fisher was there though. What did they think Jason would do, it wasn't live so he if he did something they could just cut it. Looks like it flat out refused to show up

Cavill is in some ****hole, probably here in Poland, and he was there lol

This is a MESS for WB because I bet they wanted to market Dune focusing at least in part on him. We'll see what he does next week when it's time to tweet the trailer

Nah man, everyones locked up in quarantine, they had a couple of weeks to record these quick zoom call panels. James Gunn got like all 50 of his cast to show up, Zack managed to tear Ben away from Ana to show up, him not being able to get Jason means WB did not want Jason anywhere near this event and thats saying something because he got Fisher to show up.

I really hope they work something out because as Jason's fangirl who watches everything he makes let me tell you he doesn't have much outside of WB lol

though obviously I will watch whatever Netflix original trash he makes

It’s possible he wasn’t though, they have to schedule recording with everyone maybe the times he wasn’t free didn’t jive with when they were free.

I’m not saying you’re wrong btw but I don’t think it’s always the worst reason why these things work out the way they do.

another thing that points out to him being at odds with WB is him not even hyping the event up, the event where they show a trailer for his movie and when they talk about the sequel for his most successful film

It is so so weird, it's not something that can be explained with being busy, he is so psyched about all of his projects

So this is speculation (I didn't think of this myself) but the very same day Fisher first came out accusing Whedon, Berg and Johns, WB suddenly announced a Frosty the Snowman movie that had been in development hell for I don't know how long. What was of note was that Berg and Johns are producing and Momoa announced to be the voice behind Frosty. People speculated that it was a PR move to show that other cast members like Momoa are still cool with Johns and Berg. Momoa being used like that (especially if he believes Fisher) could be why he is pissed at WB right now.

If you go on Jason’s instagram, life seems good for him, he posts stuff almost everyday about his wacky adventures. And like @harlequinade said, even if for some reason he has some other obligation that would keep him so busy he couldnt show up for a zoom call, he had not promoted fandome one single bit. Not even a “sorry i cant make it guys but Fandome’s gonna be lit!” I mean, how else can anyone read into that? Theres something we dont know about that happened recently behind the scenes and im worried.

Maybe it was only a matter of time before something like this happened. Jason strikes me as a guy about principles and will do whatever the F he wants. He was promoting the SC during the Aquaman press tour shamelessly and you know damn well his publicist told him to keep his mouth shut. Hes the kind of beast you cant tame. Lol

if the investigation into Johns and Berg comes up with something and the AT&T overlords give them the boot then I think Momoa will open up about it. Of course, that outcome is by no means guaranteed to happen.

Yeah, Momoa isn't the diva type (he's not pissed at Zack because Zack hasn't been hyping up Aquaman enough lol). If he's not playing ball right now then there's a good reason for it.
