Lounge of Justice - Part 90

I'm 100% certain that if he somehow wins the next election, the US is going to fall into another civil war for a very long while.

if he doesn't win, it will still fall into some kind of civil war too.
the country's way too divided, but this has been building up for decades. he just amplified and enables it.

Everyone keeps talking about a graphic novel or animated continuation, but after all that the movement has achieved for snyder, I really don't see him being interested in finishing his story unless he is able to film it in live action with his cast and crew. If he's gonna be in a position where he's able to actually finish it, he's gonna want to do it on his terms and nothing short of that.

Never use Chrome, it just eats up memory.

Firefox is much better.
I agree Chrome is a memory hog, but with 12-16GB RAM starting to be standard nowadays on computers I guess it's moot point?

I personally use Vivaldi.

@TheGuy get hyped my dude.

Justice Ginsburg has died. Bye bye America.

Thing is MANY Americans still believe the bs that this is the greatest country on earth. When it comes to swag, music, movies, we are still trend setters, but the essential life things like, healthcare, wages, immigration, and plenty of every day life we are far behind. I have a friend who moved to Denmark two years ago, his entire life changed for the best. He mentions that he has never seen so many ppl happy/in a good mood without them being high. He says a lot of folks down there have picnics next to gravestones, breh. lol

I find it interesting that so many people NEED to, ahem, trump the rest of the world by hitting everyone over the ahead that the US is the greatest nation on Earth. I mean, how insecure does that sound?

A person can have a house, love their house, believe in their house, and still not feel the need to make everyone else aware that it's THE GREATEST HOUSE IN THE HISTORY OF HOUSES. It comes across as so obnoxious, and as long as that segment of this country is so hung up on needing us to be the greatest thing ever, they will continue to miss the point of some of what makes us great.

it's an inferiority complex behind that kind of behavior.

if you truly good, you know it already in your heart and confident in it without the need to put it on blast.

i still love this country and proud to be an american.
but if you really love your country, u must also admit it's not perfect and strive to make it better.
as everyone nation and people should.

he speeding it up.
he don't help.

What's worse is that in the wake of Ginsburg's passing, the balance of the Supreme Court is in jeopardy now. Consider the implications of yet another Trump-appointed justice with life tenure in mind.

the 2nd coming of jesus is imminent.

Chintai I always like your posts, you’ve got some funny banter usually.

The seriousness of your statement though should be taken to heart. Never mean to upset or offend my friends on this wonderful hype board but things could very well get bad, really bad soon. The world is already hanging by a thread and tensions are high.

So I don’t know if you’re joking or maybe my and @Calvin Ellis comments recently got through to you. People may scoff or laugh at the Bible but something bigger is going on.

No one, not even Jesus as he admitted knows when that day comes, only the Father (God) does, but as the election approaches and the fires rage across the country, if you feel that voice in your head telling you to pray, just pray. It’s so easy and will fulfill you. There’s no shame and in fact you are reaching beyond your understanding to something higher in the universe, which takes humility.

This world is getting darker by the day. If things seem odd, like people keep saying, 2020 is the worst year ever, it’s for a reason, a warning. So just pray to Jesus, super easy and if you live by his commandments I guarantee you’ll see your life improve. Just love one another, which we are not currently doing in this world. Whether you (anyone reading this) agree or disagree with me, I felt compelled to say it. No need to reply, just be civil✌

i was sorta half joking but it do feel like something bigger is going on.

it feel like what they use to talk bout the coming of the end times when i went to church.

a convergence of the pandemic, social, political upheavel and natural disasters.

i mean, is something big happening or is this one of those cycles every 100 years? - there was world war one and spanish flu pandemic in 1918.

but for sure, people gotta love and care for one another more.
