Middle Eastern countries can get unbearably hot man. I've been to Bahrain and UAE and its' crazy during summer times.

4C is 39F, that's refrigerator temp.

Then I can fill in the blanks in my head. There's only so much range in a normal weather pattern.

The 60C hybridization oven was too damn hot.

24C can be chilling if I'm soaked in hot water
16-26C is cold I can endure wearing a shirt only
Lower than 16C can get chilling, to me

For someone in a hot country, I'm more accustomed to the cold weather than most of the folks I know

Remember that Zion dance scene in The Matrix Reloaded? What a weird scene. It went on for what felt like a full 10 minutes! Gosh, talk about a pointless and awkward movie moment. I understand the point of the scene, but the way it was executed just turned out way to weird. The techno music makes the scene a lot more odd.
