Deadline is reporting that three actors have left the production, led by Patrick Wilson. Wilson's dropping from the cast seems less related to the creative direction of the film rather than the hiatus after Edgar Wright's departure pushed ANT-MAN into conflict with other obligations on the actor's slate.
The other two actors leaving ANT-MAN are Matt Gerald and Kevin Weisman whose characters were excised completely from the recent script rewrites. Weisman is best known for the role of Marshall Flinkman on ALIAS and Gerald played Havoc in G.I. JOE: RETALIATION. It is unknown exactly what their parts were set to be but any casting changes remain black eyes on the already troubled production.
