The Fugitive is very good. There Will Be Blood is also good, & The Lethal Weapon series is great (although I didn't like when they added Rene Russo to the series).

If you like vulgar buddy cop movies, checkout 48HRS (Eddie Murphy & Nick Nolte) & of course The Beverly Hills Cops Movies.

Also, realistically, the Referee would've stopped the fight after the 1st round. Rocky wouldn't even had to do it.
