I was thinking I hope it's not going to be like the reverse to the end of Iron man 3 where the Avengers fight a bunch of Iron man like armors/minions.I'm hoping the finale won't be exactly like TA. If TA 3 can avoid the team fighting soldiers/minions altogether, that'd be great.
Thanks, He touched many lives and he was MY only art student. We connected in so many ways, we may as well have been family.Vartha, I'm sorry to hear about that.
Thanks RaamSorry for your loss, Vartha.
Just had myself a little Planet of the Apes marathon. First the Heston one, and then the Marky Mark one.
I love the fact that no matter what else he's done, or how long ago it was, he was, is, and forever will always be Marky Mark and not Mark...whatever his last name really is.Just had myself a little Planet of the Apes marathon. First the Heston one, and then the Marky Mark one.
And your thoughts & opinions?
The Heston one was amazing. It starts off a little slow, but once he gets captured by the apes, it picks up. The atmosphere of the movie was really creepy in my opinion. The ending was awesome too.
The Marky Mark one is just a dumb movie. It was really mediocre. The makeup was fantastic though.
You can thank me now Moose for suggesting it to you.![]()
Thank you. I'm probably not going to watch the sequels though. I hear they're really not worth watching.
My advice for you or anyone out there that have similar sentiments:
Watch something for yourself once & then judge for yourselves, because you'll never know if you'll like or dislike something, where it be movies, music, food, etc.![]()
So, I'm looking to buy myself a region free blu ray player because a lot of the steelbooks I'm collecting are Region B locked. Hopefully I'll find a good, dependable, one.
I miss the tv show actually lolJust had myself a little Planet of the Apes marathon. First the Heston one, and then the Marky Mark one.
Ask around on the blu-ray.com forums. They might be able to help you out.
Just get a ps4 or ps3. They aren't region locked and you can play games
Also I'm gonna get caught up on last week's comics in the 616 so I can read this week's comics. We find out who shot the Watcher today. I've really been digging Original Sin

There are cheaper region free players than the ps3 and the ps4. The biggest drawbacks with this option is both game systems have limited ports. A single hdmi out. No hdmi in. A single toslink. And the PS4 doesnt have a media remote yet so you have to use the game controller. And it lacks basic features such as USB support. You can move stuff from the system to USB, but you cant play media from a USB. It cant even play MP3s yet. Sure you can play games, but if Duke is looking for versatility and media options he's better off with something else.
But just in case you are looking for a game system, Duke, the Xbox One is region free as well and it has an HDMI in and out. I prefer the exclusive games of the PS4, but as a media device the Xbox One takes the cake.
I'm telling ya Duke, get MLB the Show before it isn't as fun.
LOL. I'll need to acquire a PS4.
Anyway, I've checking around & apparently the Xbox One is "region free" for games only, not blu ray, due to copyright laws. That's just absurd for me, because I'm only wanting to play movies for pure entertainment....NOT to make bootlegs & stuff.
