Yep, I'm fasting. Maybe a decade ago or a little more I felt I'm more active during the fast, and it's good for my weight.

Every day there are people doing awful things, but the vast majority stands against that and eventually wash away any damage. I don't recall who said it, but I once read that we wouldn't be here if humanity was inherently evil, and that whatever happens, the good will always outnumber the bad. It's a thought that helps me stay optimistic about life.
