Made-Up Words that Annoy the Crap Out of You

Yeah they say 'El Oh El' it's really weird. it just makes you stop, stare at them and say 'really'.

So annoying, if its funny you'll laugh not LOL it.

'Casted'

E.g. i just heard Tom Hardy was casted in the new Batman film.

Whenever someone genuinely says "lol" or "lawl" to me without actually laughing, I call them a liar to their face. Don't tell me you're laughing out loud when I can clearly see that you're not, you lying liar who lies. :cmad:

When people say "my bad". I can almost understand teenagers saying it. They're stupid so that's their excuse. Adults, however, I can not forgive. You should all be ashamed of yourselves! :cmad:
If Optimus Prime said it, then SO SHALL WE ALL.

"ROMA", "RO," "MA," and "MA".

You be quite surprised how much I hear that on a daily basis.

I think we all have accidentally merged a couple of words here and there. That's normal and not something really worth making fun of (most of the time). However, if there's one thing I can't stand, it's when people make up some idiotic word, derived from one or two other words just because they think it sounds cute and clever.

For example, I want to shoot myself whenever I heard someone use the term, "preggers." Seriously, is it that f**king hard to just say "pregnant?" Where the hell did this bullsh** word come from and why has it caught on? I blame Entertainment Tonight.
I know what you mean and it's only from the entertainment media that I hear that word like ET or on E! with Guliana and that pansy Ryan Seacrest.

I'd also like to mention the work "ridonkulous", why not just say "ridiculous".

I don't mind "lawl" at all and use it myself but some kids in my class actually like to say "pwn" and actually pronounce the p. OMG :(

Words are a beautiful thing. Don't hate them. Just use them, wash them and then put them away when you're through.

I us eit on the net if laughter is generated in me, that might take the form of a mild body shaking chuckle, emanating from the chest, not exactly laugh out loud, but laughter nonetheless.

Those are my criteria for typing up lol.

edit:

 What are those supposed to be? I call my mother "Ma" but I don't think that's what you are talking about...

Ridonkulous is also a no-no for me. It's awful, phonetically.

^I'm still clueless. Those are songs by her or some catchphrase or something?

I have to say, I do say "lol" in real life, but only when something is horribly, pathetically unfunny. My mates also do it. I think it's cause no matter what on the internet you're response is lol while it's tragically unfunny and your face shows less expression than a brick. I also say "rofl" in real life also, but when something is actually funny and during my laughter.

I don't like the word "breasts", or "****" for that matter. They just suck at being words that should be used for boobs. They just sound wrong for what they describe.

:cmad: Eleventeen!! :cmad:

No wait... I use that :csad:
