Main Villain?

We are going to have at least 3 potential major villains in this movie. We have GG2, Venom, and Sandman. Who do you think is going to be the main villain? Venom(huge part of SM's life), GG2(SM's best friend) or Sandman(really cool powers)?

Well.....each will be important and vital to the plot..

But Sandman will be the MAIN villain throughout most of the movie.

The Symbiote will play an important part and venom will be the climax of the whole symbiote part of the film...

Sandman is such a small villain though. That kind of pisses me off that it is not one of the other two. Can you see that happening in the comics(Sandman over shadowing GG2 and Venom)? 'Cause I can't....

Much as I love THC....I would have preferred Venom or GG2 to take the center stage...preferably GG2 - I mean, we've been building to Spidey taking on his best friend since SM1...

...but then again, if Harry ends up helping Peter, it has to be against someone...so Sandman and Venom it is.

I count this first Spidey-trilogy, the Green Goblin trilogy. So I truly see Green Goblin 2 as the "main" villain. Now, Sandman will be the one beating up on Spidey, but I see Harry as the one pulling the strings. Sandman may have longer screentime than Green Goblin 2, but he will have action and he (Harry) will hurt Spidey, physically and mentally. Sandman may be the main villain, but Green Goblin 2, to me, is the "main" villain.

Can someone point to where the Spidey 3 avatars are? The fan-made ones.

Venom can't be main villian because for one Venom won't exist probblay till the near end of the movie. Harry is not smart enough.or cunning, and or powerful enough to be a main villian of spiderman. Sandman has the raw power, and unlike the ther 2 his motivations are ciminal from the very beginning. Rami is gonna make people see how dangrous someone as powerful as Sandman can be.

Yeah that pretty sums up my opinions. I'd rather Harry be pulling the strings and then finally come out and attack Spider-man when he realises that the battle is personal!

GG2= Side villain (but very important in this film)

When I first found out that Sandman was the main villain of SM3, to be honest I didn't like it, but then I did my research on Sandman, and found out that Sandman is a really awesome villain to have in a Spider-Man movie. Just think what they can do with Sandman visually. Venom is everybodies "favorite" villain, and he used to be mine, him and Carnage. But then I realised that everybody likes these guys. They are cool but come on. They are now at the bottom top five Spidey villains for me. Just wait and see. I think Spidey 3 will be a good movie. Just give it time.

1.Sandman ~ Already has been stated that he will be the main villian...
2.GG2 (Harry) ~ Second by Minor Villian (Quite a good amount of screen time though)
3.Venom ~ Minor amount, leaving us wanting more... Though his alter-ego Eddie Brock (Topher Grace) will most likey fill a good chunk of this movie...
4.??? ~ The fourth villian will just be a cameo villian probally... Not really sure...

But at the same time Venom will be as equally awesome I guarantee, there will be none of the 10mins crap we will have a good solid part of the movie dedicated to venom, i refuse to believe otherwise

Well those 10 minutes that Venom are in have to be amazing. I doubt that Sam will disapoint us.

i think sandman will be main villian but green goblin will be major 2 and also eddie brock will be generally turning bitter through out the whole movie.
