Making Costumes?

well you could do that...or you could just wear the pantyhose as a mask underneath...cut the eye holes...and then put the t shirt mask on...

but...how would that make you see through the shirt (or would the shirt just have to be really really thin) ?

no...make the lil eye wholes on the shirt! and use the pantyhose to cover your eyes from being noticed

ohhh i get it now, cool idea thanx alot man! btw, your mask is flawless:grin:

At least get rid of the tunic. Or change it up a bit. He's a dude on Youtube who makes crazy videos. His name is caleb and you kinda act like him.

I wish you could see the blood splatter on my jacket as well but I'm kinda blocking it. I'm also in the process of making my scarf look all nasty and soiled hence the yellow look to it.

Want to hear something creepy? I am as tall and weigh exactly as much as Rorschach. 5'6, 140lbs. Take that comic accuracy! Weeeiirrd.

Imagine what im going through 5'5 230. i have work to do before halloween haha

The Silk Spectre costumers are cutting it a fine aren't they?

Ladies were crawling out the woodwork to do the Joker. Hurm.

I think I might have a go at doing a Minutemen costume.

I'm thinking Mothman, I like a drink or three.

When the movie comes out, I'm going to go as Dr. Manhattan as he appeared on Mars. Walking around naked with blue house paint, maybe some sparkles, I'll have the best costume for sure.

alright...after looking at my black wool trench coat for a while...i decided i want a dark brown trench coat...is there any dyes that can change black wool to brown? and how could i do it?

I'm pretty sure it can't be done. For one thing wool is quite hard to dye in that amount at home, cause usually it involves boiling it. And changing one dark colour to another is really difficult. Any bleach product (including pre-dye lighteners) will dramatically weaken the fabric.

Thrift stores or ebay is your best bet. I'd look for a cotton trench or a cotton/poly blend with a higher cotton percentage. You should be able to change the colour easily with a washing machine dye.

yeah, I wouldn't know how nor would I recommend it, I'd just resell the black one and try and look in all the goodwills around your area then see if ebay has anything to offer, if you find a good light colored one I'd go with it and dye it, as long as it's 50% or more cotton.
