Question for experienced liquid latex users:

Do you think it's possible for me to make the Comedian's mask out of latex? I have a whole Hell of a lot left over from Halloween, and while I'm fine with being maskless, if I could make the mask work, I would.

u guys are freakin' lucky as heck,
I've never been able to dress up as a character to a movie )=

took some pics of the full costume...

Wish there was a way to turn black too brown, and i would be the happiest person lool

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but there ARE other characters in Watchmen besides Rorschach.

Yeah. You're right.

Hey, could you loan me a couple grand for some latex and to take a couple sculpting classes so I can make a Nite Owl costume?

Or maybe just around $500 for some spray paint and military gear for Comedian?

Or perhaps a few hundred for some material and sewing equipment for a Silk Spectre costume?

Or I'll settle for a nice weight set and some blue paint.

Oh, what's that? You're not willing to help me out?

Then shut the **** up.

boom...roasted.

hey notsoserious...im pretty sure I just saw you on the watchmen premier video on xbox live...there was a shot of you and then they zoomed out...im pretty sure it was you in your rorschach costume...

So I'm guessing Rorschach will be the hot Halloween costume idea this year that I should scratch off the list?

Cool costumes though, good thing you got in their early before it becomes trendy. :)

Comedian really isn't that expensive to do - unless you're totally anal about it.

hey everyone just got done reading through the thread and figured i might try and throw something together before halloween. im gonna start with the mask and plan on using a t-shirt, i think i can get the ink on ok but how do i turn the shirt into a mask?

No need to bash me. I'm just saying that, while all your costumes are great, it gets old to see tha exact same thing over and over. I mean, look at the guys on Cosplay.com. They spend months creating costumes. Molding, painting, Making parts, etc etc. Some guy made a TDK batman, and it looks like it came right outta the movie. I realize Rorschach is the easiest to make but it's...well...a little lazy.

I understand your point and I agree. It's gonna be the new Joker costume thread.
