Honestly not to much, Malcolm went to Harvard(he has to be the janitor there for extra cash), Reese became the janitor of his high school(his dream job) Dewey found a new partner to get in trouble with, Jaime, Frances was still fighting with (although lying to)Lois about not having a job, even though he's been working comfortably at a company for a couple of months, and the BIGGEST news yet, Lois is preggers AGAIN!
