I don't know. I think they're both good movies that are judged too harshly by certain fans. I think half of those people were disappointed in either movie because it wasn't the greatest thing they'd ever seen and the other half are people who had their minds made up before they even walked into the theater because of it wasn't made by DC or Marvel.
tied mothaf****as
I think there was just some passionate and divisive feelings around AoU at its release, as there is with most films
but as time passes, people are able to look at these things more objectively
it's why I think any "Whats the best _____ movie of the year?" polls are dumb if they come out right after a new movie, since the audience hasn't really had time to sit and think on that new film
it'll either get an unfair boost if everyone's in love with it, or get unfairly suppressed if there were mixed feelings on release

I think this idea of "If you didn't like either movie, you're either this or that" is BS, and if I made a post like that talking about why people liked MOS/AOU, I would most certainly get called out on it.
I won't deny that SOME people were disappointed in MOS or AOU for those reasons, but to act like everyone unsatisfied with either film is one of two categories?
Wow I can't even believe this poll is this close. The Avengers rendered true to life in living color vs. the character assassination of Superman. I would think the winner would be obvious.
I thought Zod was super boring. Ultron wasn't a great villain either, but he was still entertaining.
