The contest was fun, but the voting/commentary part--- way too lame/juvenile/negative/who likes whom etc....!!! IMO everyone who entered deserves kudos for their GREAT POSTERS and way to go joey!!!! Hopefully for the next one people will act a little more mature, but honestly I hafta wonder if some of the ppl here can hold an honest legit competition where the object is to have fun, enjoy other people's work/ideas and improve our skills.....Oh well!!!

I don't understand why I'm being treated as the bad guy. Is it cuz of my avatar? I don't recall ever being mean to anyone. Most of you ppl seem to take my words and turn it into something negative. I have nothing against MaleRogue. All I did was suspect that he and IcyRogue were the same. He's the one that got all defensive and rude even way after we was proven guilty. Now yes, I had a big laugh over it but do you honestly think I was the one being pathetic there?

You say that we can all learn from each other and improve on our skills. But some of you guys need to be able to take some real criticism. It's the best way for us to grow. You can't improve if you keep getting pity replies.

omg, I never criticized his poster. I was just pointing out the fact we all shouldn't have to stop everything just for him.

All I know is that what MaleRogue did was the most pitiful thing I have ever seen.

Oh please, we all know why I didn't enter. And plus I was the one that pretty much got the ball rolling with the X4 poster I made (which was for MaleRogue btw) and supplying you guys with most of the HQ promos to work with.

Woah! How about everyone get off of their high horse, including you PhoenixRisen. There is no reason that someone could get a laugh out of that whole situation...even I did. Finding humor in something like that is far from pathetic...and let's all stop calling each other pathetic too. And where does someone get the "cajones" to call someone out on laughing at something. The truth of the matter is, someone created a different profile, voted for themselves and commented on their work in this thread and another thread, was called out on it, and then lashed out claiming anyone that thought they were the same person was pathetic and stupid, and even though it was proven they came from the same person, continued to back themselves into a corner...and there is humor in a person digging themselves into that deep of a hole.

Oh come on, how is that not funny as hell? What's even funnier is that Neto spotted it right away. I don't care what anyone says, it's pathetic that he was talking to himself thinking he'd somehow "conceal" his identity even more, not to mention make it blatantly obvious. If he admitted it right away it woulda been a good laugh bla bla but he didn't. He lied and no one likes liars. If he's some kid then it's expected, but from a grown adult that's just plain pathetic.

Sorry to beat the already dead and rotting horse, but as a right to post on this messageboard I'm giving my two freakin' cents. Back to the manips.

Well, I had a hard time choosing between Wideawake's manipulation, Punk_Joey's manip, PhoenixRisen's manip, and Flavio's. In the end I picked Flavio's. I loved the composition, it's clean and sharp, and I feel as though the characters were used correctly in the image. Wideawake was a close second, the quality is incredible! PhoenixRisen's manip was just too much fun to not take a second look at it. Punk_Joey's is really amazing, some WONDERFUL individual manipulations in it, but I felt like it was too cluttered for a movie poster. So again, I chose Flavio's. Hope this has been a good constructive comment.

Yeah time for an LOL and I'm sorry if I came across too harsh towards Neto, me and him can work it out in PMs--and already have I feel so it's in the past. I just didn't find that incident very funny cuz we don't know MaleRogue and his behavior was so bizarre that maybe something is going on with him we don't know about and I hate seeing ppl kicked when they are down even though he brought it on himself. I hope he comes back, apologizes, everything is OK and we can all be friends!!!
