Huh? The contrast is great.

This was shot on RED Monochrome Monstro, a sensor made specifically for B&W. It may not be film but I love the look they got for most of these shots, though the faces in shadow isn't the best.

Even better, I love the sound treatment. The big question for me will be does the script deliver any nuance with the characters and themes?

Good to hear that. I saw Nomadland, the other favourite for the Oscar this year, and it was okay but hard to watch because there is barely any tension. Looking forward to this!​

I think it's good that young actors like Seyfried and Collins get a chance to work with somebody like David Fincher. That way, they will remain in the spotlight and not fade away like young Hollywood names usually do.
