Yes, but no matter how much sense it would make from a story point of view, it's just not possible because of the legal contractual issue of two different studios owning the film rights.

Marvel won't produce any others themselves, but Wolverine would be a licensed film financed by Fox.

I hope that the filming rights go back to Marvel. I like them having the final say on Marvel characters on the big screen. That, and I still can't get over the disappointment of X3.

I'm more confident about TIH's quality than IM, due to not only a good cast, but the director is someone who I have confidence, and the director is the most concerning issue with IM, but due to it being a new franchise, i am quite curious.

I'm hoping Iron Man's action will be like Transformers with the addition of a meaty plot.

Um. You know that there is no chance in hell of either Namor, Nick Fury, or Ant-Man being released in2008, right? It's far too late for that at this point.

Only movies that are definitely coming out 2008 are Iron Man and TIH, with Wolverine still possible for a LATE 2008 release and also Punisher 2 unless they just decide to give up and lose the rights to that.

Speaking of Punisher 2, why is that not even on the list but Nick Fury is? Punisher 2 at least has a chance, as far as I know there isn't even a script for a Nick Fury film if they've even started development at ALL let alone a cast or director.
