I vote for Bullseye.

He's more ruthless and much better in a melee fight. I'd think he would dodge and distract enough of Hawkeye's shot until he got up close and sealed the deal.

I like them equally...But I'm giving the edge to Bullseye. Hawkeye has recently proven his skills in hand to hand, but I don't believe it would match up to Bullseye, who has recently taken on Daredevil AND Elektra in hand to hand. Bullseye is simply far more ruthless, I believe he'll make proper use of the cover (like he did versus Captain America). He's surrounded by weaponry he'll gladly use where-as Hawkeye is going to focus on using his bow first. The reason Bullseye misses Daredevil is due to his enhanced senses and agility....But somehow, he was able to supress and even hurt Spider-Man, despite using a webshield. It would be a good match up, but what it comes down to is Bullseye goes to kill with his first few shots. So, Bullseye.

I think I'll have to agree with you here. I mean even when Bullseye runs out of ammo(if he runs out of ammo) he can throw any old object laying around, while Hawkeye will just be out.

Bullseye takes this match because of the only reason he has. He is much more cunning, ruthless, and evil. He also never misses and although I love Hawkeye I can't see him winning here.

I don't know. Maybe put Spiderman on Deadpool's side. Having a guy with perfect accuracy and Deadpool on one team doesn't really seem fair. I mean even Spidey and Beast can't dodge forever.

Rules:
-Spider-Man is the current version...Has no additional webbing ammo if the 2 are used up.
-Bullseye has 20 throwing stars, 1 grenade & 2 sai's.

-Deadpool has 1 submachine gun with 2 clips, 2 adamantium swords & 2 grenades.
-Deadpool cannot teleport.
-If Deadpool is KO'd, he's eliminated.
-Beast has no weaponry, but is able to go "savage".

Setting:
-Both teams will start at opposing ends of an unpopluated NYC block.
-Everything will still be around, just not the people. This includes parked cars and so forth.
-They are limited to the 1 block area.
-They are allowed to go into buildings, but not the sewer.

As much as I love Spiderman, I'd have to give this to Deadpool and Beast. Both teams seem to be pretty evenly matched in fighting abilities, but with Deadpool and Beast having healing factors they could just outlast Spidey and Bullseye.

I recently read Deadpool...I believe 34 or 37, where Bullseye and DP actually KO each other at the exact same time. Keep in mind...There are parked cars...I see Deadpool and Bullseye trying to create a good amount of explosions.

Okay, well I don't really know much about savage Beast. Is he just more vicious with enhanced abilities or does he gain more powers?

Yes.


And DoomRulz, they may not work together...But I don't see them trying to work against one another. I don't see Deadpool and Beast using teamwork either...Pretty much seems like everyone in this will be doing their own thing.
