You just had to bring up that memory.Well, Dan Ketch did technically decide once upon a time to literally take over Hell.
It's entirely possible he will, but I'm not going to have that extreme a reaction. Thor exists to get beat on. You can't escape it by not reading certain comics; it's the way the character works now.if Bendis jobs Thor to Wonder Man I'm not going to read the Avengers until he gets off of them. Ill just stick with Thor and Hulk books.

- While I am sure it is fine idea to try to spotlight talent from Europe, now is NOT the time to be releasing a thing called X-CAMPUS that is basically, "what if Europeans did the X-Men, and followed every American teenage TV show cliche", for a whopping five dollars a pop. I assure you every store that orders a copy of this will not sell even half what they order. Why not just allow the talent to write some fill in issues of X-Men proper to spotlight them and make it seem important? Is it because the X-Men are so convoluted, you need a specialist to navigate it like one hires for tax preparation? Come to think of it, maybe a business could be made of someone, for a fee, filling in an incoming writer of an entire line's stories from the past decade or so and to help with ideas.
A Tomb of Dracula collection? In color? For less than $100?!
I must make it mine.![]()
I plan on getting the omnibuses one day after reading the first 2 Essentials. But this might change that if it saves me some much needed money.A Tomb of Dracula collection? In color? For less than $100?!

I haven't read it, but "Franken-Castle" looks like it is either the most awesome thing on the planet, or the stupidest thing since A-Bomb in HULK. Joe Q may forget it was on his watch that Frank Castle was an angelic demon slayer, but I don't.
Well, it's not hard to see why: his current version is a government stooge who retired when Osborn took power rather than realize he was wrong and join up with the real heroes.I like how alternate versions of Wonder Man have been more popular than the current version. First his old self shows up in GotG a few months back and now we get to see another future version in an Avengers comic.
It is the most awesome thing on the planet, aside from them changing the name of the book from Punisher to Franken-Castle. I just think from a marketing standpoint it could easily backfire since people are skeptical about the book's new direction to begin with. But, I can see Marvel's point of fully throwing support behind the new status quo.
It's experimental, bold and working well so far. When there's two monthly Punisher books, there's no reason for him to fight mobsters and low level super-villains in both. Plus Remender is incorporating The League of Monsters as supporting characters, if that doesn't scream cool, then I don't know what does. I highly recommend picking up the trade of the first arc and trying it out.![]()
