Marvel Legends: Villains

I guess by now that everone's heard about the new game coming out this year called Marvel Legends thats similar to the X-Men Legends games. I was thinking that a cool game based on this concept would be Marvel Legends: Villains. ***This thread is not about the upcoming game called Marvel Legends. The below concept is one that I am proposing that would allow you control a team of four villains and fight against heroes...***

The game could be based on the premise of the Identity Disc storyline that came out last year. SHIELD (I know it wasn't SHIELD in the comics...) could have a disc that contained the secret identities of all of the world's superheroes. Word has gotten out that this disc exists and a group of villains have banded together to try to get this disc. This would allow players to play as their favorite villains and fight against their favorite heroes. The heroes are either trying to protect their identities or protect the identities of their friends. Missions could be to raid the Avengers' Mansion, the Baxter Building, or the Xavier Institute. Some of the X-Men could even fight against you as a team of 2 or 3. There could also be another group of villains that is trying to beat you to the disc and you could then fight against Ultron, Dr. Doom, or the Abomination working for the Leader (some serious heavyweights).

I think that it would be really cool to play as villains. Some characters that I thought would work in this game to play as: Venom, Sandman, Bullseye, Absorbing Man, Sabretooth, Mystique, Titania, Pyro, Taskmaster (just think of all of the different weapon attacks), Deadpool, and the Red Skull.

Well, what do you guys think? Is it a good idea and if so, who would you like to see in the game also, either as a villain or a hero?

Also each character will fight their greatest nemesis at one point. But who will they be?

Two other characters that I thought would work: Lady Deathstrike and as cheesy as it sounds and I know he is dead, but Demogoblin. He could fight hand-to-hand or he could conjure up his fire glider and throw fire bats or explosive pumpkin bombs, among other Hell-inspired powers.

Just to clarify, this thread has nothing to do with the upcoming Marvel Legends game. This thread is about a proposed game which I have called Marvel Legends: Villains that allows you to play as villains. In this game that I am proposing, you would have a team of four villains that would fight against heroes played by the computer. Once again, this is not about the upcoming game, this is a concept that I am proposing.

The anti-hero might be a better route than a full out villain game.

I enjoyed the way Bioware's RPGs allowed you to play as either a good character or play as an evil one along with the consequences for either choice. Looking at a few of the guys that you mentioned, they really fall into the morally-ambiguous villains rather than super-maniacal so you could possibly do a free form storyline with them having the ability to choose either evil or non-evil actions.
