That's because it's not true.

Yes, House Cards season 3 was it's weakest and Marco Polo didn't generate much of a buzz doesn't mean they're flops, as it's hard to determine what's considered a flop on Netflix and House of Cards season 3 still generated a lot of buzz.

Yeah, this is the first I've heard about HOC "flopping." Season 3 was probably my least favorite season of the show, but it was still excellent.
