Waid's approach to Indestructible is exactly what I want to read, and I've warmed up to Yu's Hulk. Can't wait.

I find his stuff incomplete sometimes. His characters look to brooding, there's no range of emotion in them, just a lot of blank stares.

He's a guy better suited as a full time cover artist.

And I'm not so sure I'd use Ultimate Wolverine vs Hulk for any argument.
You're a fool.

Ult Wolverine vs Hulk was great.

If for no other reason than seeing a Hulk Rip a Wolverine in half.

And Hulk having his own sex harem. :o

Great? Eh. Betty's role in it was random, and Lindelof took 3 years to complete the mini-series. Fun for what it was, though.

What did Yu have to do with the story's delays? He was on pencils, not plot.

Shh! That makes sense.

You might as well be speaking Japanese to runaway.

Basically Waid's take on Hulk seems in line with Ruffalo/Avengers version, and frankly that sounds awesome to me :D

So you're saying if not for the delays, you'd think Yu's art on UWVH was awesome?

Thanks for agreeing with me.

Uh, NO. You said the book was great. 4 years to finish the story does not make a book "great". If it took 4 years between ASM #121 and 122, would anyone consider The Night Gwen Stacy Died" a great story? I doubt it....

I'm saying that that it doesn't matter who drew the damn thing. A 4 year delay kills any impact of a story being "great".

Nothing. He said the book was great. I disagree. I think that a book that's was a running joke online for years is a poor example to use when praising someone's art because of the farce it was attached to.

The story, the actual story of the comic was fun, and the art was great.

Creatively it was a major **** up. But ignoring that it was a fun comic.

We that's nice you doubt it, but as we already established, you have no clue what you're talking about.

I fail to see how a delay necessarily affects a judgment of worth.

... Unless the consideration is "who did what in the quickest amount of time."

It might downgrade a judgment of art if the art is the reason of the delay - the question being, is the quality of art worth the amount of time the book was delayed?

But since Yu was not the reason for the ****ed production, the delay doesn't affect his art being amazing and great on that title.

And you do? Gimme a break. :down

I think Stuart Immonen is a fantastic artist but I personally wouldn't use Fear Itself as an example because it's a s**t story......the same with Ult Wolverine vs Hulk.

So FF... She-Hulk, Medusa, Ant Man (Lang?), and um.. pink haired girl?

I'm really blanking on what could pull these people together and what the point of the title is. I'm curious to learn more.

And man, I love the idea of Bagley on Fantastic Four but Fraction is a bit taint there for me.
