We know that this show wont be as darker and violent as netflix show
But It doenst mean its not related

See Thor1 and Thor3-4. He was serious at MCU beginning. He's comic and idiot in following movies

However I know Netflix shows are not canon to MCU 616
They are part of multiverse or simply ignored

Must wait for MCU an official timeline (release on october) I hope this book will fix us about netflix universe

Unfortunately it won't, they just simply are not going to include any Marvel TV stuff. They're just going to continue to ignore that stuff as they have been. I don't expect it to be cleared up in this show either.

My personal suspicion is everything will either be vaguely alluded to or ignored, but that doesn't make it not part of the same continuity. Someone doesn't have to reference a past event to still be part of the same life.

If this book only focus on movies and disney shows, so its useless. Timeline isnt complicated

We just want an official confirmation about shows like netflix', AgentsOfShield, inhumans, ABC... (shows not made in Feige/disney)

Exact but if we'll see contradicts elements between netflix DD and disney DD, in that case we know netflix isnt part of 616 (main mcu)

He's a fictional character. Also, how would he take it back from them anyway? When did he lose it or it got stolen?

Also, The Punisher is a murderous vigilante. Just because he's not a corrupt police officer doesn't give him any legal right to do what he does.

What would make more sense is if they did something like in Magnum Force where a group of corrupt police officers were acting as "The Punisher" and using his symbol and calling card and also targeting innocent civilians in impoverished communities, and Punisher is doing it to clear his name and stop the corrupt either militant Americans or cops who are posing as him.

You can have the characters acting as those ultra right wing vigilantes from the Garth Ennis run who wanted to ally with Punisher, and instead Punisher just killed them.

I'm sure Marvel and their "It just the bad apples" politics will be able to recover the damaged to their precious trademark that has become a symbol of hate.

You could just exclude The Punisher? Is the character even a good fit for the modern world? The Punisher Netflix series wasn't very good. The writers couldn't even figure out what to do with him. He rarely even wore the symbol in the Netflix series.
