Galactus, Surfer, Thanos, Phoenix, and any other cosmic being would laugh in Superman's face. There are plenty of others like Dr. Strange that would own him. I feel that Supes could beat Hulk, Sentry or Gladiator. I think at better thread would be marvel vs. Superman Man Prime.
