Although I'd like to see Ghost Rider again, I don't think there would be the budget to do him justice in a TV series. He would end up being used very sparing if they did do him.
I would've liked a Spider-Woman TV series though. It could've been very much like Angel, which was set in LA, was dark and supernatural and had detective elements. That was how the early Spider-Woman issues were. They could throw in some spy stuff, but there's already enough of that in Agents of SHIELD.
Spider-Woman could easily cross over with Blade or even Morbius. They could introduce Werewolf by Night on the show, as well as the Night Shift (many of the villains from that team are Spider-Woman villains). We could also see the Shroud and Tigra (more supporting characters from Jessica's book).
Spider-Woman has some great villains and supporting cast:
1. Morgan Le Fay
2. Gypsy Moth
3. Werewolf by Night
4. Brothers Grimm
5. The Needle
6. The Hangman
7. Nekra
8. The Shroud
9. Tigra
10. Viper
11. The Enforcer
12. Tick Tock
13. Locksmith
14. Flying Tiger
And we've already seen Angar the Screamer on Agents of SHIELD
