When the character is the same person being handled at different times by different writers, and the character's personality/actions conflict, I leave that up to you.

In the case of Batman, while I stilll believe each of FM's Batmans are indeed the same character, acting differently because those stories take place during different eras of Miller's Batman's career (so the character changes with age within that continuity), it has been argued that before that they are NOT the same Batman, so for the sake of things, I've stated the Batman of this round to be AS.

But Ultimate Thor during the earlier Ultimateverse is still the same character, post-Ultimates 3 or otherwise. Inconsistant handling be damned.
