Pilot movie was on CN this weekend, the actual series won't be on for a few weeks yet.

So I will vote for EMH simply for being on first.

I'll give a draw on the first round. Both pilots were about equal to me. Haven't seen the EMH episode in the second round, so I'll just abstain.

"The Breakout" for the first match, "Independence Day" for the second. I was not expecting much from Young Justice, but it turned out to be pretty good. Better than a bunch of 'roided-out psychos yelling at each other in Avengers, anyway.

I like the Avengers cast way better and the Breakout eps were good but Marvel series animation usually,as in this case, pales in comparison to that of DC! Also I don't think I've seen the Gamma world eps yet so I'll split my vote.

Avengers in the first, Young justice in the second!

Young Justice just seems so freakin clique. "We are not kids! We can do this ourselves!" Before I even saw the episode, I knew that would be the main plot of the story and sure enough...........
They need to bring Justice League back to go up against the Avengers.

Eh, that's kind of a reasonable idea, cliche or otherwise. After years of training, I think many sidekicks would want to grow and branch out more than just being another arm to their respective capes. And it's not like this is really an overused plot device for TV shows or anything. Teen Titans was a similar idea, but that's about it.

We already had a good few years of a very solid JL cartoon. I don't see much problem for them doing another teen based team in a more DCAU-ish traditional series.

Teen Titans was aimed at young kids and its presentation, approach and plots were very juvenile. Young Justice seems a bit more mature and serious with itself. Aside from focusing on yonuger heroes, I dont think the series are all that similar, at least not from the intro we saw. Young Justice also seems to be much larger in scope than Teen Titans ever was, by nature of the veteran heroes appearing as secondary characters within the series

Yeah, the JLA's presence really sets it apart from Teen Titans. The show, I mean. The JLA is present in the Teen Titans comics a lot.
