It's from Millar's most recent UFF arc, Reed opens a portal to another dimension, we're supposed to think it's the regular 616 universe, but actually it's a universe where some type of zombie virus has infect most of the superhero community, and they're trying to spread it across other universes, Magneto is one of the only familiar characters left who isn't infected and he's leading a small survival group.
