Marvel's NOVEMBER 2015 solicitations

Since I haven't read Marvel comics in quite some time, can anyone fill me in on what's going on with the new Guardians comics? I heard Peter Quill is now an emperor and Kitty Pryde is leading the team as Star Lady? That makes no sense to me.

where is this old man clint from and where is young/present/616 clint?

Bendis had him killed in Ultimate End.

But isn't there also a young or regular Clint running with one of the avengers groups in the relaunch. So confusing and I thought that was ultimate hawkeye who blew it.

616 Hawkeye died in Ultimate End
but deaths don't seem to be sticking at all after Secret Wars, as Thor died leading up to the event but appears to be back afterwords, and same for Cyclops despite being doomed as well.

and yes, it appears a younger 616 Clint is with the New Avengers, while Old Clint (presumably from the Old Man Logan universe) will be in Hawkeye

so yeah, I have no idea what's going on, hopefully Marvel does
