Since I don't want Hemsworth to be typecast, and he'll probably be busy, the one I'm rooting for to play He-Man right now is Alan Ritchson. He's got the look, he's already stacked as hell, and he's 32.

He's certainly got the look and the build for it. How's his acting? I haven't really seen him in anything. I tried to watch the TMNT movie but I couldn't stand it and turned it off.

I agree. For a character like He-Man......there is no one current who fits the bill or might even want it. They should go the unknown actor route.

Well, Ritchson is apparently the lead for this show premiering on Syfy tonight called Blood Drive. If it's half as funny as the trailer, it's going to be great.

Like i said use his brother he's an actor looking for a hit . this could be liam's break out role . chis Hemsworth has thor and is in good place any way .

Also I agree with others I'm down for an unknow. i always like new and upcoming actors that are new and that's kinda how we hugh jack man to a degree. allow that to happenmand good thing happen if you good script and the other thing that should make good movie and have and unknown that pull offthe role make it better. if they are good and perform well .

I think when it comes to casting Liam Hemsworth in a novie it shouldn't be a case of "we couldn't cast your brother so we got you instead". That just seems like a recipe for disaster. There should be more thought put into casting someone. It should be because they are right for the role, not because they are a substitute for someone else.

Well then they shouldn't be doing that. they need to get that out of their head and so do others.
Chris is set. get new people in your mind's more people new fresh faces and some people that are unknowns or up and comers. their mind shouldn't be on who's popular all the time. as I said above. when meantioned huge jack man . point is even though I said chris's brother liam their mind set of we wan''t chris and "oh we can't get chris" need's to be left out the door.

or they shouldn't be casting people if they can't get out of heads with their that single mindedness problem. base it on talent and if he can pass / live up to what they are looking for in the role. other wise they shouldn't be doing the casting of people in th first place. it's very likely he's as good his brother just hasn't gotten what need to be the break out role and this "might" technically speaking be it. other wise he wouldn't have with that indepence day movie.

point is people won't know til the chance is give. look at the ashmore twin brother's both are equally talented and when see ether work it's something. and they were given chance's the same need's to done for the other Hemsworth

One thing I would definitely do if I was the writer was somehow include Dolph. I don't mean as He-Man..but he still has a presence that comes off good and can be used. No doubt, 100%, hands down I would write him a part as maybe Captain of the royal guards who trains a young he-man how to be a warrior.

wasn't that Teela's Rank. just make him king Randor or some above teela if you can't make him randor it was odd we didn't see prince adams dad in the very first movie.
