I personaly think the GREEN LANTERN movie gets a bad rap. It's not the greatest movie made....but it's fun.

I'm reading DareDevil and there's this talk on superhero movies, I think I'll ask these:

1. If DareDevil can hear the faintest whisper from some distant far from him, how the heck didn't he become deaf? And how could he focus on his way and distinguish different voices when listening to a few screaming near him?
2. When Bullseye tossed DD's billy club it pierced a body, but when DD tosses it at someone it does far less damage. The Heck? Even with restraint tosses, how the hey didn't he ever pierce anyone or fracture a skull?

The only thing I feel Nolan's Bat-films are lacking is the creepy-but-fun atmosphere that was portrayed really well in Burton's. Nolan's feel too realistic at times - especially TDK. But the scenes in Begins where Crane pollutes the air and everyone's going crazy sort of had that feel. I think they're awesome movies, but that kind of entertaining, dark feel is missing, and I think it's sort of vital.

Animals with extremely enhanced abilities of hearing don't go deaf. It's the nature of their hearing.

So is watching The Avengers in 3D worth it or good?

I just got back from watching Avengers on 3D & it was excellent. Only I can complain about it the POS that kept putting his damn foot behind my seat & people constantly getting up to go somewhere. :cmad:

Although paradoxically, while I usually loathe facial hair on men, it works for Chris Hemsworth as Thor.

Evans' beard in Puncture was pretty awesome

Good morning guys. Well, there was leftover work from Friday, & i'm stuck at the office on this fine weekend, which sucks.

Oddly enough, I'd listen to the music they'd make. If anything, just for laughs.

So, when you guys went to see The Avengers, did you have any unpleasantries? When I went it was overly packed, it felt hot inside, some particular people kept walking by every 30mins or so, then this guy kept putting his foot on my seat, until I pushed his foot back & glared at it him.

I'll probably go watch it again in about a week or so, under calmer circumstances.

Well I had a whitetrash trio behind me, the one guy shaking my seat a few times but nothing rally bad that it distracted me from the movie. The one time I wanted to turn and yell 'Really?" was when TDKR trailer came on and when Bane came on screen she said 'Is Hannibal in this?'
