The Amazing Spider-Man maybe

Do you listen to yourself speak/type? YOU'RE the one who said first that fans should stop talking about Webb using Green Goblin. I am not starting what was an idiotic conversation as you got on your high horse stating fans shouldn't say GG should be in the third film even when you're stating the exact thing.

A bit hyprocrite, much? I think so. Just to make a big speech even though you believe and saying the same exact thing as everyone on this thread
No, I said if you wrote it in stone, you might be disappointed, because there is no guarantee that we'll see it on film. I'm damn clear on that.
Again, you have no idea what cheesy and hokey means. Sorry bro
Darkman, Spider-Man films, Green Lantern, Fantastic Four, Catwoman, Batman & Robin, etc...are all cheesy and hokey movies.
I'm asking you just because your definitions are screwed up already
My definition is screwed up to you, because some of your favorite films happen to be cheesy movies.
Stubborn

As you can tell, I'm not typing much because...I'm just tired of your ignorance.
By tired of my ignorance do you mean...I can't wait to respond to your next post?

Lol!

NOW....let's get someone with brains besides myself on this thread.

I don't know why people tirelessly defend SM1, 2 and 3 as being not cheesy. They are cheesy, but that doesn't make them bad films. I personally enjoy a more serious take as they seem to be doing now, but I ****ing loved the style and presentation of the original trilogy when I was younger. It's only now that I'm older that I really realize how much cheese was in SM1 and 2 (3 speaks for itself), but that's not a bad thing. Different strokes for different folks. If people like SM1 and 2, thats awesome, they're great films. But don't criticize KAW for, "not understanding what hokey or cheesy means", because he's directing the (somewhat true) comments at films you love.

Now, the way KAW approaches things in the sense that his opinion is the only opinion is a little frustrating, but those who call him an idiot and say he's wrong are just as bigoted as he as all he is doing is giving his opinion.

Lol, you too!

He IS an idiot when he define films with the wrong terms. Catwoman is cheesy, yes, and so is Fantastic Four, Batman & Robin, Steel, et cetera...but Darkman and the Spidey films are not total cheese fests as KAW would lead you to believe. There are parts that can be over-the-top, but no way near that. Spider-Man 3 is an overall awful movie and I don't count it, but 1 and 2 are great CBMs that deserve some respect and for people to realize that a few parts can be called "cheesy", not the whole damn movies.

I'm not saying the film is a cheesefest. As I said, KAW makes his opinions seem like it's the only opinion, and in doing so, he exaggerates.

However, SM1 and 2 are cheesy. In a majority of scenes there are corny jokes and over the top humor and dramatics. Any time there isn't something serious going on (and even sometimes when there is) the Raimi films took the opportunity to provide some comic relief, even though none was needed.

It's quite obvious that SM 1 and 2 aren't in the same realm of complete goofiness as Catwoman, but they are still fairly cheesey. But again, just because something has cheese in it, doesn't mean it's bad. Different strokes for different folks, as I said earlier.

Well that we can agree with, but as I stated, KAW shows himself as an ignorant buffoon when he states the entire films are cheesy and obviously it's not true. But, he wishes every movie was dark instead. I truly pity his tastes.

I'm not really looking to get into a debate with anyone on this but, having a few cheesy scenes doesn't make the overall movie cheesy. Nor does a movie become a bad movie because it's cheesy, as Spiderman6592 said.

My comment pertains to Spider-Man 1 and 2 only, of course... >_>

S'pose that's true. Oh well, that's why I like the Hype. Disagreements and all, everyone is passionate for the character and hope he is done justice when it comes to the movie.

Now that i think of it, it woud be just as awesome for me to see gwen fallin in the middle of the bridge instead of the side , towards the water. and i keep picturing her falling in a slow-mo, sunset tinted scene. very epic imo.

I can picture this looking very awesome on screen. i always liked when a scene had a specific color.
