I had never heard of such a concept until Slossy mentioned it in the hamburger thread,

I don't care for mayo on a hamburger, but a chicken patty, or a hot dog? Yes.

I like mayo and diced onions on hot dogs. Tried it on a whim once at Circle K, and now I like it better than ketchup and mustard. Chili and cheese is good too, but messy.

I had to make a thread about it. The Hype must know.

Of course not. Best way to eat a hotdog is a chillidog, no topping beside that one for me.

I do, but I really love mayo on a sweet fish hot dog.

Not sure whether I should blame Sweden or Japan.

The other thread may have lost its senses, but I'm going to hold out hope that a sensible percentage of people will vote no against such a vile suggestion as putting mayo on a hotdog.

Hmm, as much as I dislike mayonnaise, because of the shape of the hot dog, I wonder if anyone's ever tried to slather on some mayo and put it under a broiler, like those Japanese oysters.

**** mayo in general

Wha... I mean... Why... Who would... Against... Natural order... Never thought... No God... WHY?! Just... WHY?!!

When my young heart was faithful, it belonged to a mexican thick woman. Anyway, I don't know if its a mexican/latino thing, but they used sour cream on their hotdogs. I have kept up that tradition since.

Don't eat them that often, but no! Mustard and onions.

I prefer my chicken/beef/etc byproducts in the non-natural tubing with just meat and bun like the good Lord intended! :o

Mayo on a hotdog............ummmmmmmmmmm........no.

You guys are missing out. I wasn't sure about it either, I did it on an utter whim and now it's my preference. I will not be ashamed.

Mayo, no. Marshmellow, yes!

Chilidog with mustard is not a combination I'm used to.

Reminds me of the part of Mystery Men when William H. Macy orders a meatball sub with mayo. I was like, whut?

In the Pacific Northwest, instead of Mayo... it's all about the cream cheese.

Um, yes. Mayo, mustard, and ketchup on a bacon wrapped hot dog.
