Maze Runner was good. The film is a hell of a lot better than other recent YA adaptations like The Giver, Divergent, Percy Jackson, I Am Number Four, ect.

Yes I think it's a little better than Divergent, but it's hard to be objective.

Divergent is ained at girls, Maze Runner at boys.

I fibd a lot of good in both of them. Divergent had good acting from the lead, and I think the setup is a good metaphor for kids leaving high school - you need to pick what you're going to be and it has to be permanent and you can only be one thing. Maze Runner had a better plot, visuals and dramatic tension, the metaphor is nearly the same, with the maze being fear of the outside world.

I really enjoyed Maze Runner! Never read the books, but this is a series I will be keeping my eye on for sure!
