Well not really.
To take the bond movies for example , they don't have the same title yet everyone knows that when they hear the familiar music , or get the 007 look , they know it's a bond movie.

I'm sure The Thomas Crown Affair was a pretty big hit and lots of people have seen it. If they market the trailer like that , maybe with some flashbacks and some sort of mention like "Thomas Crown is BACK" , you don't need to change the title.
Just remind the audience that it's a Thomas Crown movie and you're set

Yeah. It's been a long time since I've played it, but I believe you played as Reese, and you may have been one or two other Resistance members as well, but I'm not really sure. I don't really remember all that much about it, but I do remember it ended with Reese going back in time. It was alright. It was a lot like Devil May Cry. It was out for the PS2 and I think the Xbox.
