Just for fun comparison sake:

I like how both the '89 and Returns pics both have one side of the cape slung back over the shoulder, almost like a matador. Very badass pose.
One of my favourite shots is in BR when he strides around the corner with one part of the cape over his shoulder and punches that thug without looking.
Or, they could delay it longer, recast and reshoot his scenes.I was so excited when it was announced Keaton was returning as Batman now we'll be lucky if we see any of it at all
The three options for the Flash at WB apparently are:
1. Ezra do a press conference apologising for his actions (like that will help)
2. Release the movie with no publicity from Ezra
3. Scrap the movie
The Flash, let's face it, is tainted. WB are kind of between a rock and a hard place.
I'm hoping that BATGIRL will leak somehow or there'll be a last minute reprieve somehow.
The #RestoreTheSnyderverse #MakeTheBatfleckMovie must be having a field day! They hated the fact that Keaton was returning from Day 1, now it seems they're getting their wishes AGAIN despite all the tantrums?
Apparently he's in too many scenes to make this financially viable - it would mean reshooting the whole movie (plus he's two Barrys)Or, they could delay it longer, recast and reshoot his scenes.
This would be the most expensive option but it would generate the best goodwill and help in future projects.

I wouldn't bet either way. Flip a coin at this point. They aren't reshooting the movie. Warner Bros. isn't sinking another $100-200 million into this. The movie is basically done at this point. They will either release it, or they won't.

This looks great. So this movie is set in the Burton Batman universe? If so then I wonder why Gotham doesn't look the same? It feels odd to have Michael Keaton Batman in a normal looking city.
I haven't read the new comics but I don't think the filmmakers would think them as canon. They would limit what they can do.I dont think its 100% the Burton universe.
I mean its possible that the Burton Gotham changed in all these years, but there is still the matter of the Mural for example that showed Keatons Batman with a Robin...which i dont think fits the Burton universe especially if WB/DC see the recent Batman 89 comics as canon with a different Robin than in the Mural.
I dont know if they go with 100% Burton, seems to me almost smarter to have this be in a similar Universe just in case things dont turn out well.
Then you would still have the Burton Universe untouched.
I'm beyond thrilled to see Keaton back as Batman, but more importantly we're getting a more comic book faithful interpretation of Bats at his peaked where he's more acrobatic and more daredevilish like in the comics and animated films and TV shows.
We're getting to showcase the various Hall of Batsuits, we're getting the classic Batmobile and Batwing.
It feels kinda weird we're getting all that with a 70 year old Keaton, I'll admit
