I agree that other wars have been overlooked, especially the Civil War, American Revoultion, 30 years War, and the Crusades, not to mention the Roman Wars. A retelling of Hanibals defeat would be awesome!
But never the less there have been some really great WW2 movies as of late, including Enemy at the Gates, Downfall (Untergang), & Black Book. Also if you are looking for black heroism check out Flyboys. Although it is set in WW1.

It's an okay trailer. I didn't expect the whole "flashback" scenario, though. Definitely added an interesting layer to the film for me.

Very well done trailer. We've seen so many WWII dramas they can start to run together, but this is the first I've seen concerning the "Buffalo Soldiers", so it gets my interest.
