And besides that, Fishburne ruled, haha. "Don't interrupt me when I am asking rhetorical questions."
LOL. She got ****ed up the most in this movie, with Cruise being a distant second.

Every action scene in that movie was ****ing great, the beginning when they were trying to save Keri Russel, the part where they kidnapped Davian in the Vatican was my favorite part, the MIF capture and the bridge scene, the base jump, the chute, and the end was ****ing intense

Now did anyone actually see the Supes trailer with this? I keep hearing false info about it being attached. It wasn't on my print.

And was the Superman one the new one or the teaser?

In total, I got:
Nacho Libre, X3, Over the Hedge, See No Evil (:down :down), POTC 2, and the Break-Up.

$17 million on Friday. So around $50 million opening weekend.

Just for comparison in 2000, MI:2 had an opening weekend of around $58 million, but it came out Memorial Day weekend on like a Wed., so it had a 5 day cume close to $80. Final US BO gross of $215 million.

Mission Impossible had an opening weekend of $45 million and a final US BO gross of $180 million.

I don't know. That's kind of low, IMO. It's going to be on the low end of most expectations.

Well, this is the first movie of the summer, and also a lot of people are waiting for the more "fantasy oriented" movies coming.

On the contrary IMO, a lot of people have been waiting for a solid action flick, period. This is the first film of the summer, has a broad appeal, solid reviews, hype, and no competition, and it starts off with a sub $20 mill Friday? It's not a good start for the film. And as far as legs go, by the time this thing gets to its third week, it'll be devoured May 19.
