God no. Hawk shouldn't even be allowed to look at this game let alone have his annoying calls be in it.

But as batter intros in game as well? If so, thats awesome. I thought I read something that you could.
Yeah I was reading that just now too. Is it true that there is a lot of slow down?
The simplest way I can explain it is that Hawk reacts as a fan would to any given situation in the game, if something bad happens, he is not going to act or put on a show, if something good happens, vice versa.
People over exaggerate when it comes to not calling out the team though. Because, especially last season, he does do it. He literally said when Iguchi made some brain dead mistake on the base paths "Well what the hell was he thinking?" And thats exactly what White Sox fans were thinking as well. This is pointless though, you can't really understand it unless you are a fan of the White Sox.
And as for the website, on the forum the majority of the posts ranting about Hawk are the same people.
Another ChiSox fan here, and I'll add my 0.02 on Hawk.
He's awesome.
The guy's so creative with nicknames and hawkisms...it's sick.
He Gone!

YOU CAN PUT IT ON THE BOARD.....YYEESSS!!!
One Dog, Big Hurt, PeaPod, El Cabio (sp?), the nickname list goes on and on.
I only wish Wimpy(or should I say the Duke) was still in the booth with him.
Losing Hawk would be on par with the Hawks losing Pat Foley.
This is coming from a person the thinks losing Foley was the darkest day in sports history.
Not everyone likes him, but i sure do.
as far as that anti-hawk website, it was probably started by mariotti.
here's a site of hawk lovers www.soxtalk.com
