Looks great. They also found a great way to keep showing us this monster world, so I'm all for it.
I'm not a big fan of Pixar getting into sequels of its own material. The Toy Story trilogy is an instant classic, but Cars 2 was not on par with their previous movies, it's sad but true.
There's one thing about the Cars movies that I just can't stand. Specially and more notorious in the second one, there's a basic problem with the premise of the cars. I know is obvious, but please try to follow me. Cars in the real world are made to transport people. That's their main purpose, that's why they are created for. But in the Cars world in the movies, is pointless. It drives me insane just to think about it. There are red buses in London. What is it transporting?? I just feel like that world lacks something, there's something there that doesn't click for me. I feel like the humans need to be there, somehow; there's a human element missing. Some of the ideas are very good, very Pixar-like. But there's something incredibly distracting for me, that doesn't allow me to completely enjoy the movies.
