After the set reports and description of the footage from Comic-Con I would have to say Iron Man 2. I was already anticipating it but the aforementioned really pushed my excitement even more.

Second film would have to be Avatar then Alice in Wonderland.

Harry Potter is my favorite franchise.

Clash of the Titans is the perfect movie to be remade.

A director and picture have never been more fitted for each other than Burton and Alice in Wonderland.

World of Warcraft has the potential to be the greatest war epic ever.

But I have to give this honor to The Avengers. All those heroes on one screen. A true crossover with the building blocks of 5 interconnected movies before it. Never been done but has been begging to since the genre was started. If the world ends in 2012, this will be a magnificent note to go out on.
