Is there a movie that you think should be made, but for reasons that make it so it has to be made now or it just wouldn't work?
I think there should be a biopic about Norman Wisdom. He was an English actor, comedian and singer-songwriter best known for a series of comedy films produced between 1953 and 1966 featuring his hapless onscreen character Norman Pitkin. These films initially made more money than the James Bond film series, and secured Wisdom a celebrity status in lands as far apart as South America and Iran. Charlie Chaplin famously referred to Wisdom as his "favourite clown" He died last October.

He had a very tragic life before his fame that would just be perfect for a biopic. And there is one actor who would be perfect to play him.
Lee Evans.

Famous British stand-up comedian, but also an actor. You probably recognise him from Mouse Hunt and The Medallion, but he has done a few small independent films as well, and is apparently very good in them. But his appearance and demeanour are perfect for Norman Wisdom.
The problem is that Evans is getting on in age, and if he were to do a film about Wisdom in his prime, he can't wait much longer.
So does anyone else have a similar idea?
