Reality MTV's The Challenge Thread - Part 1

Reality TV
The Redemption house makes this season feel so long.

Oh and in Real World news it's coming back...on Facebook.
WTF? That reminds me of when they tried to reboot Road Rules with the interactive elements. That flopped and I expect the same

These fools were really out here trying to make it out like Tony just slipped. Good Lordt...

As for the Bananas thing... I mean, he's generally a piece of **** and, if this were any other season, I'd probably be dragging the hell out of him, BUT: 1. He didn't say anything bad about Devin's father himself, and 2. Devin followed him all the way around the house trying to provoke a response. Well... he got a response. It wasn't a punch in the face like he was probably hoping for, so that Tony and Bananas would also get sent home too. But it was a response nonetheless.

Yeah it was funny as hell seeing them say "they tripped!"

I am glad Devin is gone. Bananas walked half way around the world trying to get away from him to keep the situation from getting ugly and Devin just kept following him. Bananas did nothing wrong for once.

He's not my favorite, but he's the enemy of my enemy this season. The Lavender Ladies and the Young Bucks are insufferable.

Found it comical that Devin wanted to play the victim after following bananas around all night. Looking for him to do something then when he does he becomes a cry baby. It's amazing to me how much these Youngblood annoy the eff outta me to the point I'm rooting for bananas.

The Challenge season 33 cast includes two Big Brother winners

I predict the Ninja Warrior people are going to kill it,and I'm surprised to see Wes on a main challenge.

LOL Ashely having the nerve to get pissy about Natalie and Paulie pulling back-to-back wins after being in the Redemption House... when the only reason she's even in the game is because of a twist.

As for my "Am I starting to like Johnny Bananas?" moment, it started wearing off when he started throwing a hissy fit about Natalie interacting with men who aren't him. Although I do enjoy it potentially putting Nelson's dumb ass in hot water in Redemption.

Also shocked that I find myself not completely hating Paulie, considering what a dbag he was on Big Brother.

So they did 2 elimination challenges, the first with hour glasses and Tony/Bananas in the lead to win but after a slight malfunction they changed things up and they did the 2nd challenge.

I'm so gagged right now, you guys.

easy finale, just a lot of running.

I'm glad Paulie didn't win since I despise him and now I cant wait to see he/Natalie's future on the show after being cowards and going back on their word, very BB of them though.

Joss/Sylvia....ya stupid! I wanted you or Cara/Marie to win but you put your life into paulie/Natalie's hands? For no good reason? You deserved to lose! Everyone betrayed you, in the immortal words of Tyra Banks "learn something from this"

Ashley....you were no wallflower but tell ya self what you have to....but I can't hate on you for being selfish but this whole "you don't deserve it" ugh....pretty sure you would've lost had it not been for him.

Loved seeing Cara Maria/Marie evolution from enemies to friends back to enemies. It was entertaining

I didn't want an Ashley win at all (especially considering she only came on the show midway through the season), but Sylvia irritated the **** out of me this season, so watching her get close and lose felt good.

So, the way MTV has been airing these things, I'm going to guess... next season hits before the end of January?

Almost forgot these trash monsters were back until I saw this on the DVR.

Five minutes in: Ooh, new Brits.

Thirty minutes in: ****, nevermind, this is way too many Brits.

i was not too keen on all the fresh meat when i heard of the new cast, but after watching last nights intro to them, i'm at least a little intrigued. it looks like there will be a bunch of physical challenges, and maybe some humor too. i want to see why they're all in the costumes (i saw harley/joker and some other ones).

hoping for a good season. nice to see Nany back! i might have to go back to the Nany avvy lol

I had the special playing in the background yesterday. From what I see I think the new cast has potential.I'm also kinda glad to see Wes back.

i think it was a good idea to give us an ep like this to meet the new cast instead of just starting the show and throwing them in there. i've never seen any of the shows they have been on. i've heard of them, but never cared to watch them. some of the cast seems like they might be fun.

Bear doesn't impress me though

I love how, anytime there's a group of newbies, Zach always seems to be the one making snide, dismissive remarks about them in the confessionals. Like, dude... when was the last time you did anything even remotely impressive in this game?

sometimes i wonder how edited the confessionals are and how out of sequence some of the stuff posted it. some stuff is vague enough that it could be said at the beginning of season, or end for that matter and be used at any time.
and i know they had some pre confessional clips asking the vets about the prospects on twitter and stuff but i haven't watched any of those.

also, i'm so tired of ashley's mess.

I know Episode 0 was to introduce the newbies but I didnt need them to use exact same confessionals for the first episode.

But go figure that Da'vonne wins her FIRST comp and it means nothing lol.
