My Idea for a new HANNIBAL LECTER movie!!!

T H E --- H U N T I N G -- G R O U N D

After hiding out in Paris for six years the worlds most gruesome serial killer Hannibal Lecter is finally caught by FBI agent Sean Heller who was leading the task force to find lectern. Dr. Lecter is brought back to the US, however the transport carrying Hannibal Lecter is attacked by a cannibalistic cult who worships him they break him out and they take him to their compound. The cult is named“Lecter's Legion”. Also during the attack Agent Heller is hurt and he is taken away with them to be sacrificed. While this is all going on Clarice Starling who now is a teacher at the FBI academy finds out about the attack on the Lecters transport. She goes on the hunt for Lecter and his Legion. Through the course of the story we meet the leader of the cult named Jonas who was once a patient of Lecter’s. He is a combination of the tooth fairy and buffalo bill. As the story goes on we find out that Heller is really Clarice's fiancé and she has to race against time to save the man she loves and finally kill the man she fears and hates.

uhhh...she doesn't hate Lecter. Quite the contrary, Hannibal (and even Silence to an extent) was a dark love story.

i think deep down inside she hates Hannibal and wants him dead. that's what made the Hannibal book horrable was that she falls in love with him. he is a serial killer and he should finally get want is coming to him.

she does not hate him......

its an awkward love story.he shows some love for her every now and then.but she doesnt hate him.she likes the intelectual part of him...not the monster.

You can think whatever you want...but the CREATOR of BOTH characters disagrees. So no matter how much you "think deep down inside she hates Hannibal and wants him dead", you're still undeniably wrong...you don't get to make **** up that didn't happen, or that isn't true just because you don't like what the author has decided.

yes in fact i have read all the Hannibal books. i think Hannibal is the worst novel. and excuse me for expressing an idea... i see you have a huge hard on for Lecter...

She doesn't hate him in the book or the film, she may have been disgusted by what she was looking at in the end of the film, but she was still moved because she knew why he did it.

He traveled halfway across the world (while he was one of the top 10 most wanted criminals on the planet) to spend a little bit of time with her, even with countless police/agents on their way to get him, he still stayed with her as long as he possibly could, what he did to Krendler was for her, he chose his own suffering over hers...

The film is as much a love story as the book was regardless of whether they ended up together or not.

Hopkins wrote a treatment for a film where Starling and Graham team up to come after Lecter, and the studio beat the idea down and decided to go with this young Lecter garbage.

Lecter drugs Starling so that she's out of it during the dinner sequence, Lecter, Starling, and Krendler all feed on his brain instead of Lecter just feeding Krendler one little piece, Lecter fires a crossbow into what's left of Krendler's brain when they're done, and Lecter and Starling leave together and up in a foreign country as lovers afterward. Barney ended up seeing together Europe some time after.
