Revenge of the Fallen My take on the existence of Megs in ROTF

I took a look at all the hi-res stills over at:

...............looks to me like clear evidence of Megatron showing up at some point. There's two scenes that show a rusted figure. The first is where Shia is being pinned down. The second is where Prime is being head butted. This second one in particular has all the makings of Megs, as it has that "scrap heap" look that he had in the 1st. Megs has been sitting at the bottom of the ocean, that would explain the rust. We know that Cybertronian organisms crash into the air craft carriers and ocean. We know that Ravage comes up out of the ocean. All of that isn't random. I doubt those carriers were over that spot on the ocean by random occurence.

Anyone else notice these things?

I believe I read somewhere on this board that The Fallen has the power to resurrect.

I'm guessing that with the Fallen's ties to Unicron in TF lore that Megatron will be resurected and refer to himself as "Galvatron", hence why Michael Bay insists that "Megatron" will not return.

It's more than obvious to me after seeing the arm that's pinning Megs errrr Galvatron down in the trailer. It looks exactly the same as one of his arms on silhouette of his new toy figurine.

...........but your right, the easiest way to deny the existence of Megs in this is because of the name change. As much as Bay's forming them in his vision, he's still honoring certain concepts.
