myspace problem

Ok, guys, here's my problem: I'm trying to sign up for myspace but when I go through the registering process it doesn't recognize my password and prompts me to re-submit it. At first I thought maybe the password I chose was already taken but when I came up with a made-up word with numbers I knew something was definitely wrong. I emailed mypace and received the usual computer-generated response which suggested I erase all temp. files and cookies which I did--to no avail. I'm wondering if my anti-virus software or firewall is somehow conflicting with myspace. Shouldn't though as I have no trouble navigating online. I have my Yahoo security set on default. I have Avira AntiVir as my antivirus and Sygate for my firewall. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!

oddy enough that happen to me too, I let someone else use my password and email to get in and she did and then I was able to get in a few minutes later.
Don't know why the board refuse to accept my password but let her use it.
