Sequels Mysterio needs to be in SM4!

I don't know about SM4 (I'm hoping they'll bring in the Lizard and Kraven), but for SM5, it'd be great to bring him in. He's an awesome villain, and would prove a great challenge for the web-head (as we already know).

I agree. I think he'd be bad-ass in a live action movie, and would fit right in with MJ's acting scenarios, as Quentin Beck was involved with the movies himself...but Lizzy and Sergi first.

Mysterio would be a CGI freakin' nightmare. If you think the Spider-Man movies uses too many scenes consisting of useless ass CGI (LIKE I DO) then this would be a disaster. The reason we need a villain like Kraven The Hunter in SM4 with The Lizard, so we can have a villain that's strictly built on character and his human self, very little to no CGI work at all.

Mysterio I think offers a lot. He is theatrical and has a lot of special effects potential. He has only been used to his full potential once in comics, and that was a Daredevil story. I'd like to see him get his props in an SM movie. Just not SM4. That is for the Lizard, and if they so choose, a 2nd villain. Mysterio is someone I'd want to be the primary threat, not the secondary one behind Lizard (that is a bad combo).

Agreed. The casual fan already views Mysterio as somewhat "goofy"...much as i love Campbell you KNOW he's just gonna ham it up, lol....he and Sam get together and it's like they're in high school again. t:

Better to get an actor who will give Mysterio some serious flavor; cold, calculating, manipulative, sociopathic...THAT'S the Mysterio i want to see, not the Bruce Campbell comedy hour.

I don't think so. Nothing against Bruce Campbell, but I like him playing the ongoing cameo appearance. Someone else would play Mysterio.

It would be interesting. It be sweet if they would put mysterio into IMAX. But, I don't think we're gonna see him anytime soon. There's more important villians to put in.

the only villains I could see fitting with Lizard are Carnage and Kraven.

Totally agree, too much CGI, but that was the fault of the villian choices. There is almost no way to do sandman and venom without major CGI. Kraven, would bring it back all the way down.

Unless of course, they sparingly use the CGI and use puppets and animatronics, among other things. Mysterio would be great, just dont over do the CGI.
